Signals Forex Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This Signals Forex Refunds and Cancellation Policy governs the manner in which Geniusbit Limited (the owner of www.autofxsignal.com website) ("Geniusbit") cancels and refunds of the subscription costs received from users (each, a "User"). This refund policy applies to the all services provided by Geniusbit Limited.

Refund of a non-activated subscription

If you decide to cancel the subscription and request the refund prior to the activation of the subscription, please contact the customer service and express your willingness to cancel the acquired subscription services and your request of a subscription costs refund. The subscription will be cancelled upon the receipt of your request within one working day. The refund in full paid volume will be issued within 10 working days after the receipt of your refund intention.

Refund of an activated subscription (within 10 days from the initial activation)

Once the subscription is activated, you are entitled for a 30% refund within the 7 days from the subscription activation date. If you would like to cancel your subscription and ask for the refund of the funds you paid, please send the refund and cancellation inquiry to the customer service The subscription will be cancelled upon the receipt of your request within one working day. The refund in the volume of the 30% from the initial payment will be issued within 7 working days after the receipt of your refund request.Please note: the final amount of the refund may slightly differ from 30% amount of your initial payment due to the currency volatility.

Demo subscriptions are non-refundable after the activation. Once activated, the paid demo (3 days demo) subscription can not be refunded.

Refund of an activated subscription (after 10 days from the initial activation)

Geniusbit provides text information services on a subscription basis. Once the subscription is activated and is used for at least for a 7 days period, you are not entitled for any refund of the funds initially paid to Geniusbit. Please note: due to Geniusbit risk disclosure policy , Geniusbit is not responsible for any losses and damages accrued during the use of Geniusbit services and any damages or losses can not be considered as any grounds for a service refund after the 7 days of the service activation.
